The Provider grants the Client access to the training program after the Client has paid for the Services in accordance with the terms of the Public Offer Agreement.

Upon receiving payment, the Provider sends the Client an email with a link granting access to the Participants’ Chat, as well as to the platform for interactive broadcasting (live streaming) via remote internet access, conducted in real time and/or provided by the Provider to the Client using the Zoom program.

The Services are provided exclusively to the Client. The transfer of the right to receive the Services to another person, as well as the division of the Services among multiple individuals, is not permitted.

The class schedule is posted by the Provider in the Participants’ Chat and is determined at the Provider’s sole discretion. The Client undertakes to attend classes in accordance with the schedule set by the Provider.
